Help for applicants
When you contact our Information Service (OTS) or visit our service centre, you will among others, receive information about application procedures, expected case processing times and the status of your application.
In order for you to get an answer about your own application, you must give your DUF-number/reference number (or date of birth and personal number). Information about other cases other than your own is normally confidential and can only be given to the applicant. If you want to receive information from us, you must submit or send us a letter or fax with a written authorisation/power of attorney from the applicant.
