Are you unable to find the information you are looking for? You will find a pull-down menu at the top of the page, with application forms and other documents needed for applications.
You will have access to information in several languages on the front page. The information is sorted in alphabetical order. You can also search by keyword in the a-z index if you do not find what you are looking for.

If you need information concerning an application being processed with the UDI, or if you have questions about the regulations in Norway, you are welcome to contact us by e-mail, by phone or by personal appearance at the UDI.
- The Information Service will give you information by e-mail: ots@udi.no and by phone: 23 35 16 00.
- You will be given personal information at the UDI’s Service Center.
- Employers with questions can contact the UDI’s Employer Service by phone: 23 35 15 33 or by e-mail: arbeidsgiverservice@udi.no
- EEC citizens, skilled workers and their family members are welcome to submit their applications to the Service Center for Foreign Workers.
You have the right to access your application being processed by the UDI.
