In order for you to get an answer about your own application, you must give your DUF-number/reference number.

If you have applied for asylum, you have to come to the centre yourself and bring your "card for asylum seeker".

If you want someone else to receive information about your case, you can give him/her a written authorisation (power of attorney). In addition to a written authorisation, the person (trustee) must also have your DUF-number/reference number in order to receive confidential information about your case. 

If you don't speak Norwegian or English, you must bring a translator.
