Reorganisation of the immigration cases in the Hordaland police district

As from February 1, the Hordaland police district will decentralise the processing of immigration cases in the Bergen municipality. In order to improve the services to the public, all the police stations will now receive and process immigration applications.

It is only the immigration section in the Bergen city centre that has had the responsibility of processing applications until now.

All enquiries shall be directed to the local police station from February 1 2008.
