Unfortunately, the UDI Information Service is not able to give information about exactly how long it will take to process your case. But here on the UDI website you can find an overview of the expected case processing times.
How long it takes for us to process an application depends on many factors, such as:
- If the applicant has handed in all the documentation
- If we need to collect additional information, for example in an interview
- How many applications arrive at the same time
On this page you can find an overview of how long we estimate that it will take to process the different types of applications. We cannot guarantee that all applications will be processed within this time period, but most applicants will get their decision within the time stated.
Our service phone line, the Information Service, is unfortunately not able to give you more detailed information about exactly how long it will take to process your case. The staff can only tell you the case processing times which are published here on our website.
