If you are applying from abroad, application forms must be submitted to the Norwegian embassy or foreign service mission. In Norway completed application forms must be submitted to your local police.
If you are a student at a folk high school or denominational college, you must in addition apply for a permit for part-time work, or full-time work in ordinary holidays.
