Power of attorney/authorization
Below is the form for granting a power of attorney/authorization. This form shall be completed by the person who has an application that is being processed and wishes to give another person authorization to follow up on the case on his/her behalf.
The person who gives authorization should attach a copy of his/her passport (the page with personal details and signature) or another form of official identification where his/her signature is clearly signed. The copy can be attached in the box at the bottom of the form, or can also be sent separately with the authorization form.
You can send the form by e-mail to dokument@udi.no. Please write "power of attorney" and the applicants DUF-number in the subject line of your e-mail. You can also send the form by post to The Norwegian Directorate of Immigration, Postboks 8108 Dep., 0032 Oslo.
