Summer opening hours
From 22 June to 7 August, UDI will have reduced capacity to respond to enquiries. As a result, some changes will be made to our opening hours. During this period, the following opening hours apply:
Switchboard
Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays: 11:00–12:30. The switchboard is closed on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Information Service
Telephone
Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays: 10:00–14:00. The information service is closed on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Chatbot
Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Closed (with the exception of enquiries from public sector employees, lawyers/legal service providers, employees of the immigration administration, and requests for confirmation of legal residence).
The switchboard and information service will resume their normal opening hours from 10 August.
