Several guidance service phone lines are closed on Thursday 3 and Friday 4 September
On these two days, you will not be able to call the UDI Informastion Service about the following types of cases:
family immigration with a Norwegian or Nordic citizen
citizenship
work immigration and seasonal work
study permits
visitor visas
The phone lines will reopen as normal on Monday 7 September.

The phone is open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.. The phone is closed on Wednesdays. You can reach us during opening hours at (+47) 23 35 15 00.
You must be authorised in order for us to be able to disclose confidential information about another person.
