Some checklists – or embassies and VFS application centers – may still use the term "cover letter". Please use the signature form when “cover letter” is mentioned.
I have not received a "cover letter" by email / I cannot find a "cover letter". What should I do?
As a result of changes we have made to our electronic application system, you will no longer receive a document called "cover letter" by email. Please bring the signature form, which is a PDF that is on the receipt page you reach after submitting the application form. If you have not already printed it, you can find it if you log in to your application again through the application solution. Print, sign, and bring the signature form with you when you attend your appointment.
