Please keep your DUF number or your national identity number ready when calling us. We also recommend that you keep this web page open. Your DUF number is the same as before, also if you have a new case at the UDI (the number is attached to you as a person).
If you call between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., Monday to Friday you will, after you have waited for five minutes, be offered the opportunity to leave your phone number so that we can call you back.
