What do you need help with?: return to home country

Questions about applying for assisted return

Our Information Service is open from Monday to Friday (10:00 a.m. to 3 p.m.). You can reach us during opening hours at (+47) 23 35 16 00. 

When you are asked what type of case you are calling about, press 7 (assisted return). You can also send an email to varp@udi.no.

You can also receive guidance from the International Organization for Migration (IOM) by calling +47 23 10 53 20 or by sending an email to iomoslovarp@iom.int.
