Opening hours during Easter

The phone line is closed from Thursday 2 April to Monday 6 April.

The chatbot will be available as normal during Easter. However, due to technical issues, the chatbot will not be able to transfer you to a case worker until further notice.

Outside the opening house of the information service, you can send us an email by completing our contact form.

Ask our chatbot or chat with a case worker

You will first meet our chatbot, which is open 24 hours a day. If our chatbot cannot help you, you can ask to chat with a case worker Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

You can send us an email by completing the contact form below. It is not possible to use the contact form to send an email to UDI between 10:00 and 14:30 (CET) on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
