The switchboard will be closed from Thursday 15 January to Friday 23 January.

During this period, lawyers and employees of public agencies and the immigration authorities can contact UDI by calling our information service at +47 23 35 16 00. Please note that waiting times in the queue may be longer than normal on these days.

The phone is open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.. The phone is closed on Wednesdays. You can reach us during opening hours at (+47) 23 35 15 00.

You must be authorised in order for us to be able to disclose confidential information about another person.
