If you can document digitally on helsenorge.no that you received your first vaccine dose at least three weeks ago, you do not have to stay in a quarantine hotel when you travel to Norway. For this to apply to you, you must be vaccinated in Norway. You must still stay in quarantine, but you can spend the quarantine at home or in another suitable place. Unvaccinated children who travel with vaccinated parents also avoid quarantine hotels (external website).
It is the police at the border who check the digital information.
