The services UDI offers in Altinn are lawyers (eDialog), Visa sponsorship form for business and Confirmation of employment offer.
Now that Altinn II is being phased out and Altinn III is taking over, there will be some changes to access to these services. See what applies to each service below.
UDI – Lawyers (eDialog)
- Access is delegated as an individual service by a private individual.
Visa sponsorship form for business
- Until 19 June 2026: access can be delegated via old roles in Altinn II.
- From 19 June 2026: new access (to a new person) must be delegated as an individual service by the Main Administrator in Altinn III.
Job offer confirmation
- Until 19 June 2026: access can be delegated via old roles in Altinn II.
- From 19 June 2026: access (to a new person) must be delegated as a single service by the Main Administrator in Altinn III. It will not be possible to delegate access via old roles in Altinn II.
Access and transition period
Please note that none of the services are available via an access package, but can only be delegated as a single service. For those who have already received access before 19 June via old roles in Altinn II, access will work until the end of 2026.
Both roles in Altinn II and access via Altinn III will work until the end of the year. After that, access must be delegated again via Altinn III, as described above.
