I am unable to log in to the application form. What shall I do?

If you do not have access to ID porten, you can ask a person you trust to log in to fill out the application form. Here you can read more about login. 

It does not have to be the applicant who is logged in himself. 

If you know that the person trying to log in has a login in ID-porten and it does not work, try changing the browser. The application form will not work if you use Internet Explorer, so you should try Chrome, Firefox or Edge. If it still does not work, please call support at the ID port on 800 30300 (ID-porten support).
