To log in, you must use the ID-porten (BankID or Buypass (external website). If you have your own log-in credentials for ID-porten, please use these. If not, have another person you trust log into ID-porten using their credentials and you can fill out an application for you together. 

If you need to access the form multiple times before completing it, just log in using same user details via same link as you will find on this page. The form will open as you left it.
