What information can I see about my children on My page?
On My page, you can see information about your children's residency in Norway. You can also see:
- Their name
- Their national identity number
- Their DUF-number
You can only access the information if you are registered with parental responsibility and have the same address as your children.

I have a child, but I cannot find the information on My page. Why?
You only have access to the information about your children if:
- They are under 18 years old
- They live in Norway
- You have logged in with ID-porten
- You are registered with parental responsibility
- You have the same address as your children
If you or your children have address confidentiality, you cannot access this information on My page.

What is a confirmation of legal residency?
A confirmation of legal residency is a document that proves that your children have legal residency in Norway. You can show this document to public agencies such as NAV.
If you log in with ID-porten on My page, you can download the confirmation as a PDF under "My children".

I need confirmation of legal residency for my children. Where can I get this?
If you log in with ID-porten on My page, you can see information about your children's residency in Norway and download a confirmation of legal residency. You can find this under "My children".

The information about my child’s residency is incorrect. What should I do?
If the information about your child is wrong, you can contact UDI using the "Report an error" link on My page.

Where can I apply for legal residency for my children?
You can apply on behalf of your children on My page (they must be under 18 years old). Log in to My page and create an application under “New application”.

Where do I find my children’s applications?
You can see all your applications on My page under “My applications”, including your children’s.
