I have a child, but I cannot find the information on My page. Why?

• They are under 18 years old
• They live in Norway
• You have logged in with ID-porten
• You are registered with parental responsibility
• You have the same address as your children

If you or your children have address confidentiality, you cannot access this information on My page.
