No, you can only log in using ID-porten or an email and password.

To use ID-porten, you must have either BankID, Commfides or BuyPass (Norwegian electronic ID). UDI requires a higher security level for login than MinID can provide. By using ID-porten (level 4), instead of MinID (level 3), we can ensure that your personal data is secure.
