A report which maps the Norwegian regulations and practice in family immigration cases.

This EMN Focussed Study provides an overview and analysis of the conditions that regulate the changes of status between different categories of third-country nationals in the 24 EU Member States.
The integration of beneficiaries of international/humanitarian protection into the labour market: policies and good practices (2016)

This study examines the labour market access rights for beneficiaries of international protection both in legislation and in practice, but also the availability of employment-related support measures for beneficiaries.
Resettlement and Humanitarian Admission Programmes in Europe – what works? (2016)

This EMN study aims to offer a comprehensive overview of challenges and current solutions regarding the functioning of resettlement programmes for refugees in Norway.
A study on smuggling of migrants (2015)

This study maps and analyses policies, programmes and operational responses implemented by selected EU Member States and third countries aimed to fight against, reduce and prevent migrant smuggling to the EU.
Determining labour shortages and the need for labour migration from third countries in the EU (2015)

The study provides an overview of national labour migration policies in EU and analyses whether they are linked to identified labour shortages, and, if so, in what way.
Dissemination of Information on Voluntary Return: how to reach irregular migrants not in contact with the authorities

The synthesis report is based on national contributions from 25 countries including Norway. The study attempts to identify approaches, methods, actors, strategies that have either targeted and/or have proven effective in reaching out with information.
Attracting Highly Qualified and Qualified Third-Country Nationals (2013)

This study investigates policies for attracting highly qualified and qualified third-country nationals and is based on contributions from 23 EU Member States. Norway did not contribute to this study.
Intra-EU Mobility of third-country nationals (2013)

This study, based on national contributions from 21 EMN Members, investigates intra-EU mobility of third-country nationals (TCNs). Norway did not contribute to this study.
