You and your family members must go to the Service center for foreign workers (SUA) in Oslo (external website, opens in new window).
Unfortunately, some SUA offices and police districts have long waiting times (external website) for appointments for EEA registrations. If you are an EU/EEA citizen, you will still have lawful residence in Norway beyond three months if you exercise your EEA rights. This applies, for example, if you have a job in Norway. You can book an appointment with the Tax Administration to apply for a tax deduction card or to report a move to Norway even if you have not received a registration certificate yet.
