You log in to the Application Portal when you are going to fill in your application form, pay the fee and book your appointment with the police, embassy or service provider to hand in the necessary supporting documents.
Are you submitting an application form on behalf of another person?
Then it is your choice whether you prefer to create a separate user account for this person or whether you want to submit the application from your own user account. We only need the name of the person applying for residence inside the actual application form. However, please note that you may only have one user account per email address.
