How can I change my appointment?
If you have booked an appointment which you cannot attend, you can change it to another date. To do this, you must log in and enter the application. Then press the “change” button and select a new appointment. You will receive an email confirming the new appointment.
Why is the “change” button not visible?
If you have already booked an appointment and want to change it, the “change” button on the receipt page will only be visible if there are free appointments. If you do not see the “change” button, it means that there are no free appointments to change to now. If you are unable to attend the appointment you have booked, you must cancel it. You must then log in later to see if there are any free appointments to book.
Only the police have access to the booking calendar. Unfortunately, you therefore cannot contact UDI to book or change an appointment.
