I get an error when I try to book an appointment. What can I do?
If you get an error when trying to book an appointment, we recommend that you try this:
- Try changing the browser.
- Try logging in from another PC, mobile phone, or tablet.
If you still receive an error message, contact UDI's support staff by chat or e-mail. If you send an email, please include screenshots and an explanation of the problem that occurs.
