I try to create a user account by using email and password, but nothing happens when I press "Create user account". What should I do?

Try choosing a different password which does not have any special characters. If you have a character in your password that our login does not accept, you will not be able to log in.

The password cannot:

  • have special characters, such as @, % or &
  • have letters that are not in the Latin alphabet. The Latin alphabet corresponds to the Norwegian alphabet from a to z. Æ, ø and å or letters from other alphabets, such as the Cyrillic or Greek, are not accepted.

You should not use tools that suggest or automatically create passwords for you. This is because these passwords often contain characters, as mentioned in the list above.

The password must contain at least:

  • eight characters
  • one capital letter
  • one lowercase letter
  • one number
