I am trying to create an account using email and password, but nothing happens when I press "Create user account". What should I do?

Try choosing a different password with no special characters. If our login system does not accept a particular character in your password, you will not be able to log in.

The password cannot:

  • have special characters, such as @, % or &
  • have letters not in the Latin alphabet. The Latin alphabet corresponds to the Norwegian alphabet from a to z. Æ, ø and å or letters from other alphabets, such as the Cyrillic or Greek, are not accepted.

You should not use tools that suggest or automatically create passwords for you. This is because these passwords often contain characters mentioned above.

The password must contain at least:

  • eight characters
  • one capital letter
  • one lower-case letter
  • one number
