What do I do if I have forgotten my password, or the password does not work?

  1. Go to the login page and press Har du glemt passordet? (Forgot your password?).
  2. Enter your email address and press Send bekreftelseskode (Send verification code).
  3. Within minutes, you will receive an email with a verification code. Enter the code in the Bekreftelsekode field and press Bekreft kode. The code will only be valid for a few minutes.
  4. Choose your new password.
