Training and tests in the Norwegian language for people applying for a permanent residence permit
In order to be granted a permanent residence permit, you must normally complete training and pass tests in the Norwegian language and social studies. Please check which rules apply to you.
Please choose the age you will be when you submit your application documents to the police.
If you turn 16 before you receive an answer to your application, the requirements will change. If you will turn 16 soon, you should therefore choose 16–54 years to see which documents you have to submit.
