I have applied to renew my permit for study or family immigration. What should I do if UDI has submitted my form without documents?

This is how to proceed:

Family immigration

  1. Log in to website My applications (external website) using your electronic ID.
  2. Find your application under the heading, ‘Submitted applications’.
  3. Click on the button, ‘Go to application’.
  4. Click on "Download a summary of your application" to find an overview of the documents you need to present to the police.
  5. Book an appointment with the police by clicking the ‘Book an appointment’ button.
  6. Bring the required documents with you when you attend your appointment with the police. Your application is not officially submitted until you have physically attended your appointment with the police and handed in your documents.

Study permit

  1. Log in to the website My applications (external website) using your electronic ID.
  2. Find your application under the heading, ‘Submitted applications’.
  3. Click on the button, ‘Go to application’.
  4. Click on "Download a summary of your application" to find an overview of the documents you need to upload for your application to be processed.
