The UDI Information Service is closed on 30 January

The phone line is closed on Friday 30 January. The chatbot is open as normal, but on this day the chatbot cannot transfer you to a case worker. The phone line and chat with a case worker will reopen as normal on Monday 2 February.

Outside the information service’s opening hours, you can contact us by email by filling out our contact form.

You will first meet our chatbot, which is open 24 hours a day. If our chatbot cannot help you, you can ask to chat with a case worker Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
