The Information Service and the switchboard will be closed on this date because it is a national public holiday.

The chatbot will be available as normal, but on this date the chatbot will not be able to transfer you to a case worker.

Outside the opening house of the information service, you can send us an email by completing our contact form.

You will first meet our chatbot, which is open 24 hours a day. If our chatbot cannot help you, you can ask to chat with a case worker Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
