Opening hours during Easter

The chatbot will be available as normal during Easter. However, due to technical issues, the chatbot will not be able to transfer you to a case worker until further notice.

Outside the opening hours of the information service, you can send us an email by completing our contact form.

You will receive a response by email within five workdays. If you urgently need an answer from UDI, please call us instead of using a contact form. Feel free to check if you can find the answer to your question under our Frequently Asked Questions.
