Reduced guidance services during the summer

Due to a high number of pending cases and staff holidays, UDI will have limited guidance services from 23 June to 8 August (weeks 26 to 32).

You can call our information service or chat with a caseworker between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. The service is closed on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to contact us by email during this period. Email services will reopen on 11 August.
