Reduced guidance services during the summer

UDI has reduced capacity to respond to enquiries and will operate a limited guidance service from 22 June to 7 August.

You can contact our information service by telephone between 11:00 and 12:30 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. The information service is closed on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to contact us by email during this period. Email enquiries will reopen on 10 August.
