Russian citizens are not granted visitor visas for tourist visits and other non-essential purposes

From 29 May, if you are a Russian citizen, you will not be granted a visitor visa if you are going

  • for a tourist visit to Norway or for other non-essential purposes
  • to visit family members other than parents, spouse, cohabitant or children
