You have moved outside Norway

Applicants from Ukraine who have moved out of Norway will not have their temporary collective protection in Norway extended. You can appeal a rejection. The deadline for appealing is 3 weeks after you were notified about the rejection or when you should have been aware of it.

If your rejection stands you will no longer have the right to collective protection. If you apply for protection again, your application will be processed on an individual basis.
