You are entitled to appeal the decision

• The deadline for appealing is normally three weeks from the date you received the decision.
• As a rule, your appeal must be in writing, signed and include a statement giving the reason for your appeal. Information on how to appeal a decision.
• You can submit your appeal to the police or UDI.
• If UDI does not grant your appeal, it will be sent for reconsideration by the Immigration Appeals Board (UNE).
