Fill in your application
Hand in the application and documents in person
When handing in your documents from the checklist, please go to the VFS Norwegian Visa Service Centre in Manila or Cebu (external website, opens in new window).
VFS will send your application to the Embassy of Norway in Bangkok, Thailand. The embassy will forward your application to UDI.
