Who can apply for lifting a prohibition against entry according to the EEA-regulations?

If you are a citizen of a country outside the EU/EEA and have a spouse/cohabitant who is

  • a citizen of another EU/EEA-country who lives in Norway, or
  • a Norwegian citizen who has been a worker, self employed, service provider, had sufficient funds or been a student in another EU/EEA country, and you have been established in that country

there are special rules for you when you are applying for lifting a prohibition against entry.
