Protection (asylum) for former victims of human trafficking
If you are a former victim of human trafficking and have a well-founded fear of persecution upon return to your home country, you may have the right to protection (asylum).
You must apply for protection with the police. You can read more about applying for protection in Norway here.
You are not required to pay an application fee.
Accompanying children
- If you are granted a residence permit, children applying together with you will have their cases assessed individually.
- You are not required to pay an application fee when applying for your child.
