What should I do if I have booked an appointment but have lost access to my account?

If you have booked an appointment, you still have this appointment. If you cannot remember when the appointment is, you should search your email inbox for emails from the address noreply@udi.no or noreply-spn@udi.no. You will then find the email with the time and date of the appointment. You will also find an email with the list of documents you must bring to the appointment.

If you are handing in a new application, you can use another account that you still have access to, or create a new account.

If you have already handed in your application documents, we will process your application as normal. UDI sends all the necessary correspondence to you on Digipost or by regular post.

If you have received an answer to your application and you are going to book an appointment with the police to take a picture for a residence card, you must use the same account as when you registered the application. If you no longer have access to this account, you must call the police to make an appointment (external website).
