Information for you who have received a rejection and have appealed

As of today, it normally takes 4 months from the time the UDI receives the appeal until we make a decision. If the UDI has to carry out additional investigations, it may take longer before you receive an answer. This applies to appeals that we have received from 1 August onwards. We also work with appeals that we received before 1 August, but unfortunately we do not have an exact waiting time for these as of today. We will update this page as soon as we have more information.

If we forward your appeal to UNE, you will be notified by email or SMS. You can find information on UNE’s website about how long it takes from UNE receives your appeal, until you receive an answer from them (external website).
