Norway Cup is an annual international youth tournament in Oslo, first held in 1972. The tournament is organised by Bækkelaget Sportsklubb and takes place at Ekebergsletta in Oslo.

Rules for the composition of teams:

  • All players over the age of 13, or turning 13 the same year that the Norway Cup takes place, can participate. Players younger than this are not allowed to participate in tournaments or competitions in Norway.
  • There is a limit of up to 5 team leaders (i.e. manager plus coaches) per team.
  • Norad-sponsored teams can have a maximum of 2 team leaders per team.
  • There is a limit of 2 overage players on 7-a-side
  • There is a limit of 3 overage players on 11-a-side teams.

Up to 24 players are allowed on a team roster. (It is common to have several substitutes per team.)
