Apply for permanent residence permit

If you have lived in Norway for at least three years, or you have a child under the age of one who was born in Norway, you may meet the requirements for a permanent residence permit.

Keep a permanent residence permit

If you already have a permanent residence permit and you are going to live outside Norway for more than two years, you must apply to keep your permanent residence permit.
