How to send in documents by post

If you are unable to submit documents digitally for an asylum case, you can send documents by post.

Original documents / passports

You can either hand in passports, ID documents and other original documents directly to your local police or send them by post to:

You must write your contact information (name, address and phone number) and DUF number on a sheet of paper and include it in the envelope. 

Please note, original documents must only be delivered or sent to the police. Do not send original documents to UDI.

Copies of documents

You can send copies of documents by post to UDI:

Remember to write your name and DUF number on a sheet of paper and include it in the envelope.
