I cannot find my application under ‘Submitted applications’. What should I do?
If you cannot find your application, you should try to:
- Log in with ID-porten
- Log in with your email address and password
If you still cannot find your application after logging in, you can upload documents by using the link at the bottom of the page. This link can also be used to send documents that are not directly connected to an application.
If you have applied for protection (asylum) or have sent a paper application, you will not be able to see these in the overview of submitted applications.
