Reduced opening hours for UDI's switchboard from Monday 3 November

From Monday 3 November and until the end of January 2026, UDI's switchboard will have the same opening hours as the UDI Information Service. This means that the switchboard will be available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10:00 to 14:30. The switchboard will be closed on Wednesdays. 

The reduced opening hours are part of a pilot project based on changes in user needs and to ensure the most efficent use of resources.
