It is not possible for you to obtain a passport from your home country in time for your journey.
The Norwegian authorities cannot normally be in any doubt about your identity.
You must have particular reason for wanting to travel, for example that you are going:
on a school trip or a trip with your sports club
to visit a family member who is acutely and life-threateningly ill
to the funeral of a close family member
to obtain a passport from your home country
on a trip with your foster family
Both your parents, or the parent who has sole parental responsibility for you, must apply on your behalf. If you are in the care of the Norwegian child welfare service, the child welfare service must normally apply on your behalf. Your foster parents cannot apply.
