If you have received a return decision letter with a deadline for departure, you must ensure that your departure is registered when you travel out of Norway.

You need to send documentation to substantiate your departure to UDI. For example, you can send us a copy of your boarding card or any other documentation serving as evidence of your departure.

If you do not register your departure, and you cannot document that you left Norway before the deadline in any other way, there may be consequences for you reentering Norway later.
